2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from what was described.
3. Scheduling
We strive to provide same-day service when available, but scheduling is subject to crew availability and route planning. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, access issues, or emergency calls.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the job site and materials to be handled.
- Ensure safe access to the property and work area.
- Remove or secure valuables, pets, and personal items from the work area before our arrival.
- Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for the work to be performed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apex Property Services is not liable for damage to items left in the work area that were not clearly identified for removal or protection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues that could not be reasonably foreseen. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
